HAMMER UNIONS

Recommended for air, water oil, gas and mud service to 1000psi to 15,000 psi
working pressure. Size form 1”-3”.and the material meets API standards, The unions
are for use on high pressure systems and trucks.

DEMICO unions are manufactured from steel forgings using materials. DEMICO
unions are available in a choice of end connections. API line pipe threads are stanard.
Butt weld ends can be provided. Customer to specify schedule of pipe while ordering.

Demico Hammer Unions are designed and manufactured for the application of high
pressure fluid transmission. They are popularly used in oilfield operation, such as
fracturing, acidizing and cementing.
The operating pressure ranges from 1000 psi -15000 psi (cold working pressure), and
specification ranges from 1” to 8”. Available with line pipe butt-weld or socket weld
connections, our unions are interchangeable with other name brand manufacturers
that adhere to industry standards
Each hammer union has one and only color mark for fast recognition. It is made
of high strength alloy steel which meets ASTNI and AISI standards. Strict heat
treatment ensures that each union possesses consistent metallographic structure
and loading capacity. As our hammer union provides great mechanical property,
sealing performance and different pressure rating, it becomes the perfect product
for oil drilling operations.
